Gunnersbury Park Museum

Lots of local history set in a former banker's mansion. The Gunnersbury Park Museum was first opened in 1929 and has since grown a huge collection objects, paintings and photographs reflecting life in Ealing and Hounslow Boroughs from prehistory to the present day.

The collections are now so large that most of them are in storage, but they are brought out for public view through a programme of regularly changing exhibitions. Items not on show can be viewed by appointment.
